HOW THE ANIMALS LIVE

Nestled south of Denver in rolling hills of pine trees and scrub oak, the performing hogs, dogs, and parrots live on a 24 acre ranch with the rest of their animal family which includes a European Wild Boar, Clydesdales, Miniature Donkeys & cats. Many of the animals were homeless before coming to the ranch. Now 26 animals call it home.
Except for the horses and donkeys, all animals live in the house. With the use of a hog door, the pigs and dogs split their recreational time between playing outside under the trees and lounging below the sunny living room windows. The dogs run in the fields and play Frisbee each day to stay in shape. Twice a day (weather permitting) the parrots head outside to free fly over the forest and play in the breeze (these parrots were trained by a professional, do not attempt to fly your pet parrot outside). On cooler days, the parrots get their exercise in the barn where they often swoop down from the rafters.
All the animals enjoy two delicious meals a day, which include nutritional chow, fruits and vegetables. They eat healthy to stay in top physical condition; after all they are professional athletes.
